I paid for the Elite rank and I didn't get it

    Okay, so about two days ago it was my birthday. And today about 25 minutes ago I bought a Elite rank and i did't receive it. i don't know if something is wrong or i'm just being impatient.

    Try relogging, if that doesn't work, making sure you were on Pokeworld, email [email protected] and give your in game name and what happened also provide all the proof you can possibly too make sure you get your rank.
