I noticed you need to get pretty much right in the nurses face having her heal Pokemon. This gets hard to get her hitbox just right because you have a lot of people standing in front of her and it gets hard to press the nurse. So Maybe have it where if your close enough and your crossbar is on the nurse. She starts healing your pokemon.
