Where to EV Train?

    I am training a Pikachu for my team and I want to max out its speed EVs. The only problem is that I don't know where is the best place to EV train for speed. If anyone could answer this question it would be greatly appreciated.

    The best place to train it I would say to look for Pokemon which gives speed also this can be done via a gym by putting a Pokemon which has a certain EV for example. a gym full of Pidgeot will help since it gives 3 EVs each time it goes down. This can help you as well link

    all of pidgey evolution and all of fearows evolution gives speed Evs @pixelmon3D
