Can't get in!

My username is TheZane and whenever i try to log in it says "Sorry, failed to load your data! Please contact a member of our staff." I really want to play and ! don't know why this is happening. Iv'e tried every version of minecraft and restarting everything I can think of

 

Try clearing some storage on your computer.

 

No smartypig, that is not the reason. Try to rejoin and if this happens over and over try to remove all files in the server-texture-pack folder

To do this Press "Windows Key + R" A window called run should open, when run is opened type %appdata%, press enter.

When this is done go to your .minecraft folder. It should be pretty easy to locate, when you are in the .minecraft folder double click on the server-resource-pack folder. This should have opened a folder with a file or two with random letters and numbers as their names. Remove all files u can see.

It did not seem to work it keeps giving me the same message.
