Unable to load data in-game

Hello, so one day when I tried to get on Pokefind to have some fun after a username change (which I think is the main reason that this happened), but it would not let me get on, because it could not load my data. The message says: Sorry, failed to load your data! Please contact a member of staff. I have sent messages on discord that were sent to staff members who then told me it was forwarded to the appropriate member of staff, yet still nothing. I realize that the developers and higher up staff are working on debugging the new game, and they don't have much free time. I'm hoping that by bringing the issue to the forums, it can be brought to more staff, with a potential greater chance of it being fixed. Thank you!
