How do you use chikorita

    I bought chikorita and I have a potato farm and its not replanting it how do I use it? Please help thanks.

    Try picking the Chikorita up and placing it down again. Also you can check the border of the Chikorita in the panel when you right click, this will tell you if it is in range of the potatoes.
