Add Elytra Rocket Firework Flight back

As you know by the title, you can't use your firework while in elytra mode, though it may ruin the purpose of the legendary birds, its good for traveling around in your island, etc.

 

Idk It may cause Lag :3

 

Seems like an interesting idea to go around the world but fireworks would cause lag,though with some coding and adjustments there might be a way to do it.

 

After some more research, I discovered that the fireworks have NO speed limit what so ever, and too many, most likely 15, would kill the servers top average performance, but maybe if there is a plugin that should prevent this lag, it may be an assisting top contender to add this feat back.

Found plugins that mostly help with the lag contended, but it wasn't tested on the versions PokeFind is supported on, I will be looking deeper into that matter, for now, I jest.
