Bought Champ rank didn't come through

    Description: I recently bought a Champ rank and it didn't come through, so i waited 30/ an hour and it still hasn't come through (I already have a Expert Rank maybe a glitch with that?) and i know this is pathetic but i didn't get enough time to screenshot the receipt as i don't know how to screenshot on my computer, after purchase it says it has been confirmed but still hasn't come though. My username is EmeraldCat_YT Please help

    Already answered your question on discord, but just for everyone else wondering. It usually takes a couple of hours so 1-4 to get a response from the support email depending on what time you send one out of course.
