Can I use my lvl 100 Gardevoir in Gen 3 if it is breeded, and I have 7 badges?

    Hey,
    I just wanna say to you that I used lvl 100 generation 3 Pokemons after I received 6th badge. That’s why I won easily vs 7th and 8th Gym leaders.
    Inside the pokegear for the 6th, 7th and 8th badge it’s written that you can use wild lvl 100 gen 3 poks after you received that badge. It’s confusing since it works with ALL gen 3 (wild, hatched, bred poks).
