Can't Join the Pokefind server.

I somehow can't join the servers
It would always say
Failed to connect to server
Failed to login: Invalid Session

I have tried it so many times, but it would still not allow me so help please and tell me what to do.

 

Here are some of the ways you can fix the issue

• Make sure you're on the latest version of Minecraft
• Restart Minecraft/delete Minecraft and re-download it
• Restart your computer
• Make sure you have the resource pack installed correctly, if not I would follow this guide http://forums.pokefind.co/index.php?threads/guide-server-resource-pack.44/page-2#post-3246
• Also some people fixed this issue by deleting their resource pack folder directly in the Minecraft %appdata% area or the in the Minecraft folder itself, so I would try that if the link above doesn't work.
