The Charming! quest in gen 3 is stuck at the step to find the nephew and niece. I cannot interact with any of the two npc.
Hey Wads, first I suggesr relogging and seing if thar helps in anyway. Then I would try talking to the first npc in the quest to see if the quest has been reset when you relogged. If you still can't talk to either of them I suggest pming a manager on discord with your IGN and quest name and that you are in need of a reset.
