Competitive battle issues, says "you have to wait 0.7 seconds to use quit"

Description:
When I queue up for a cbattle, it says that I found a cbattle, but whenever I try to enter it, a few seconds goes by and then "you need to wait 0,7 seconds to use "quit"
Note; it ALWAYS says 0.7 seconds when this occours which means I cannot battle in the competitive mode which is sad

When it happened (date/time): 17:31 Today swedish timezone, and earlier some (1-2) days ago
