Didn't receive a purchased epic gen 1 egg

    The 21st of July around 5:30 pm (I think) I purchased an epic egg on the website, however after waiting for around 30 minutes I didn't receive anything. I've been thinking about it and realized that my username on the pokefind website is "Shirosake" while my IGN is "Shirossake" with two "s" so maybe that's the problem, I don't know. I sent an email to your support email with pictures that prove I bought and didn't receive this item.
