Gen 4 egg not received

    What is the Problem (Be as detailed as possible): I only recently got unbanned and decided to log onto gen 4 when someone asked my what my gen 4 legendary Pokemon was, I soon realised I had not received an egg for Gen 4.
    When did this problem occur: I only noticed I was supposed to have a legendary egg around a week ago.
    Any other details: I have gen 1 legendary from September 13th 2017, and also received the gen 3 egg on the 27th of November 2017 (Mewtwo and Registeel).

    Hi there! So if you had purchased legend before the release of generation 4, then yes you are supposed to receive a legendary generation 4 egg. If this is the case, then private message a staff manager with proof that you bought legend before. A Pokémon is not proof, as there was a trading event. I would recommend getting the receipt from your Legend Rank Purchase. ;)

    As I mentioned I did purchase my legend rank on the 13th of September 2017 and therefore got my rank before the release of gen 4.

    Hey bananaman04, In that case please Private message a staff manager on discord as lego said and please make sure to provide evidence and that you have bought Legend before the release of Gen 4 and thank you in advance

    Hey bananaman04 As I said please Private message a staff manager on discord with that evidence or a legend rank purchase receipt can work and see what they can do about it, the staff managers on discord are

    Hey bananaman04, as I told you, you can either send them a receipt or that screen shot you have of your mewtwo since it says “Caught: Legend” and see what they can do about it and thank you in advance the staff managers are listed above and private message them privately on discord and see if they can do anything about it
