Help, if you haven't received your rank.

Hello players of Pokéfind! I have been getting a lot of player telling me "I waited about a hour or two and I still haven't gotten my rank!!" Well, first what almost always works, try joining the Pokeworld. Not just the lobby but join the game as well. If that doesn't work, or you have already done that, Email [email protected] with your: Transaction ID, IGN (Player in game name), Purchase receipt, And that you haven't received your rank.
