Its been a week and nothing

 

I have waited about 5 weeks to get staff, be patient

 

I had to wait for about 1 month before I get staff.
Be patient.

 

I know this has already been answered, but being patient and not bugging any of the current staff about your application is the best way to get accepted! The more you ask about it or message staff, the less likely you are to be accepted-- you may be denied on the spot.

Patience is key
