Not able to gain nor level up exp and stuck at level 10

For about a day now I have been stuck at level 10 with a bit of exp within the level, fighting pokemon and also doing quests won't even level me up. I need help and wanna know how to resolve this.

If you are talking about gen 3 or gen 4, there is a point where you can only level up so high before needing the gym badge. You can check your gym badges in /pokegear under Badges to see where their locations are.
