    Shinies are basically just cosmetics. As for Legend - Mewtwo or Mew can easily be beaten with counter pokemon.

    That's what I keep telling people, unless of course you come across a person with an 100% Iv mewtwo fully ev trained whom only spams future sight that's broken...then it's not counterable
