Hi there! So if you had purchased something and still have not gotten it after 2 days, all you have to do is email support about the issue. Email [email protected] with your In-Game name, your issue/what you did not receive, and a receipt of the purchase, which should have been sent to the email you had put into the purchase information (check your spam if it is not there).
