I was asked to start making this guide. I don't have ALL the information but I do have most of it. If there's anything i'm missing, please feel free to just post it in the thread replies, it will be easier that way. I'll just edit your information into this main post.

I also have a guide with a lot more information, including about how to actually challenge the gyms in the first place: forums.pokefind.co/index.php?threads/25359/
There's also a Safari Zone guide.

First of all, as a general tip, carry Potions and Revives in your inventory so you can heal in between each of the battles in case you are unable to reach a gym's pokemon center lady.

This pokemon has weaker Special Defense than Defense, and not much Health, and No Ice Attacks.

    Elite Four + Champion
First of all, bring lots of Revives, Potions. PP-Restoration and Status Healers are also recommended. Items are the ONLY way to heal in between battles!

Second, have empty slots in your inventory so you can claim your rewards!

And third, Legendary Pokemon are not allowed in the Elite Four.

    ----

The types are (primarily) Ground, Grass, Water, Fire. The Champion is mixed types. And it's all Level 100 pokemon.

Each character has a pool of different pokemon that their team will be randomly drawn from. Expect to see any of what's listed, even though you won't see all of them!

This section is as much information as NNN117 is able to find! I'm hoping some of you reading this will be able to help fill in the gaps!

    -----

To start off, enter the Elite Four building and find the Spiral Staircase (-567, 80, -522).
Climbing up these stairs a little bit, you'll find Clyde (-562, 100, -509). Talk to Clyde to start the challenge, and continue heading up the stairs, stopping on each floor to take the bridge to each E4 member's arenas.

    The Legendary Bird Quest
    Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres!

There is a new Quest that was added to the game on 7/25/2020!

Not much information is known but here is what information I have been able to gather from other players such as NNN117, _Blobfish123_, ProSkillz421, and this video (it's pokeworld but the pokemon battles and parkour are almost the same. I only know of one difference so far.)

If you have any information that I'm missing, please message me on Discord or reply in this thread and I will be sure to add it to the guide!

    -------------------
    General Information
    -------------------
Here are the most important things to know about this quest.

    1. All the pokemon you will be fighting in this quest are Level 100.

    2. Make sure your inventory has at least 10 empty spaces in it so you can claim your rewards, and keep Held Items removed by Knock Off.

    3. This quest will have you doing a lot of difficult parkour.

And less importantly, the enemy decision making has been upgraded compared to the gym battles. For example, if you use Air Balloon or your pokemon has Levitate, the enemy will know this and will not use a ground type move.

Fortunately, you do not have to face every opponent in a single gauntlet. Between each battle, you can change your party, heal, leave and come back, and your quest progress will be just as you left it.

Anniversary Skinned Pokemon and Legendary Pokemon are not allowed in this quest.
    Also, 1 Masterball is recommended.

    -------------
    Part 1: Story Server Spawn
    -------------
The quest begins in the entrance of the Hemlock Lab (-74,-32) on the Story Server.

After you talk to Professor Hemlock, you will be traveling to different places in /spawn to challenge Rocket Grunts.

    Spawn Grunt #1: (16, -60)
    Raticate.
Guts, Flame Orb. Crunch, Facade, Zen Headbutt, Wild Charge.

Muk. Poison Touch. Earthquake, Gunk Shot, Ice Punch.

After you defeat the fifth Rocket Grunt, return and talk to Professor Hemlock (-74,-32).

An NPC named Lavender will appear on the bench outside of the Hemlock Lab, which concludes the part of the quest that takes place in spawn.

    -----------------
    Part 2: Rocket HQ
    -----------------
Whenever you talk to Lavender (-91, -9), you will be sent to the Rocket HQ. She will be there to take you back in case you ever leave.

The first time you enter the Rocket HQ, you will need a pokemon in your party with Rock Smash. Immediately after using Rock Smash, you can leave and get rid of your Rock Smash pokemon. You will not need it anymore.

Please be sure to have empty slots in your inventory for the next trainers. When the opponent uses Knock Off, your held item should go into your inventory.

    HQ Grunt #1: (-1132, 1942)
    Dodrio.
Sitrus Berry. Fire Blast, Knock Off, Brave Bird
Golbat. Life Orb. Brave Bird, Steel Wing.
Jynx. Sitrus Berry. Ice Beam, Energy Ball, Signal Beam

Next you will do some difficult parkour. Here's information about it.
    Parkour Walkthrough
Jump on purple glass blocks and moving platforms! Be patient! There's no rush, just wait until a platform is close to you before jumping on, and wait for it to be close to where you're going before leaving.

If you see redstone dust floating in the air, the redstone dust represents the edges of an invisible platform! If you fall, this invisible platform serve as sort of a checkpoint so you only have to redo the current section. ...Just make sure if you fall you land on the invisible platform.

    Key 1: (-992, 71, 1852)

Once you have the first key, proceed forward into the rocket ship. Don't jump back down to the floor!

Inside the rocket ship, jump up the glowstone blocks, then go up the floating water things. Try to be at the top of your 'swim,' and at the edge of your current water thing before moving on to the next water thing! And make sure you hold down your jump button. Once you are at the top, mess around with all the buttons and levers until something happens! Enjoy the cutscene!

Next you'll be doing end rod parkour. Make sure to hold your crouch button when you land to help keep you from falling off! Just make sure you aren't holding crouch when you start your next jump even if your next jump is really close.

Next is Yellow Carpet parkour! If you're skilled, you can leap straight from the room's entrance to the third or fourth carpet and save you a couple of jumps, but it doesn't really matter if you miss it.

Next is Invisible parkour! The wall of the room is a mirror that shows you where the invisible blocks are, as they correspond to the glowstone in the mirror. You can also shoot arrows or drop items onto the invisible platforms if you are still having trouble. You can also use the sea lanterns on the wall as reference points to help you gauge depth. Once you beat the invisible parkour, drop down the hole and collect the final key!

    Key 2: (-1036, 1883)

Jump down and go to this door. Just right click the first dispenser and the door will open.

    Dispenser 1: (-1003, 1819)

Then walk over to the next dispenser and right click again.

    Dispenser 2: (-1010, 1811)

Now you can go through the second door.

    HQ Grunt #3: (-1001, 1674)
    Tentacruel.
Black Sludge. Scald, Sludge Bomb, Giga drain.
Lickitung. Shadow Ball, Ice Beam, Surf, Flamethrower
Hitmonchan. Fire Punch, Rock Slide, Close Combat, Drain Punch
Dewgong. Life Orb. Drill Run, Waterfall, Aqua Tail, Return

Finally head into the elevator to begin the next section (if you 'dismount,' you can double press jump and hold jump to fly upwards). After watching the fun cutscene, you will climb up the weird staircase. There are some holes but it is very very mild parkour compared to what you had to do earlier. Once at the top, head into the black room! Soon you will reach the final boss! Make sure you have empty inventory slots so you can claim your quest rewards!

    The Final Boss. (-894, 418)
    Arbok.
Intimidate, Life Orb. Crunch, Aqua Tail, Earthquake, Gunk Shot.
Meowth. Gunk Shot, Body Slam, Foul Play.
Weezing. Black Sludge, Levitate. Fire Blast, Sludge Bomb, Dark Pulse

Gengar. Life Orb. Energy Ball, Shadow Ball, Thunderbolt, Dazzling Gleam
Shiny Gyarados. Leftovers, Moxie. Earthquake, Ice Fang, Waterfall

After you beat her, right click the locking device (-894, 427) at the bottom of the cage. Once the birds have flown away, do /spawn, and then before doing anything else:
    1. Make sure your inventory has at least 10 empty slots.
    2. use /settings and turn Chat OFF.

Talk to Professor Hemlock again (-74,-32), and, in chat, carefully click on the Legendary Bird you wish to obtain. It may help to turn off your chat /settings, so that other player's aren't making your chat move fast.

Then travel to the location that is given to you: (-41, 78).

You will have ONE opportunity to catch this legendary bird, so proceed with extreme caution and preparation. Healing first is recommended. Masterball is highly recommended if you have them available to you. However, you are allowed to just throw pokeballs at it without entering combat, as long as you don't throw out a pokemon or click on the bird directly. So, theoretically, you can safely catch the bird by throwing dozens of regular pokeballs at it until one finally works.

    Good luck!
