My suggestion is simply to allow a player to mouse over an ability when it displays it in chat to give it's description, power, accuracy and type. Much like it does during a fight when you scroll over the glass panes of the move.

Yeah, you can mouse over the move in chat to see what it is in case you don't know what it does. Might help a lot of people who don't know everything about Pokemon (including me :p ).

It's not a bad idea but I don't look at chat often while battling, especially when there's many people talking - the chat from battle disappears very fast.

Whilst on the topic of battles is it possible to see the foe Pokemon's name and health whilst choosing a move.

Yeah but some people do :p

Still, for the people who's paying attention to the battle chat will appreciate this added.

You should make your own suggestion about this, would be super helpful.
