If you are on a Windows do window key + "r" this should open run. Then proceed to type in %appdata%. Hope this helps!
You can join the server by going on to Minecraft PC (version 1 10+) and adding a new server, and typing the server IP in {play.pokefind.co}. Then you proceed to join by clicking on the professor and choosing a non-full server (the emerald blocks represent server) let me know if it works!
Thanks for this. I was struggling to explain it to my friend but I just referenced this thread and he understood.
Hello, I've also been having trouble with the resource pack. I have followed the %appdata% steps, tried multiple 1.10.x and 1.11.x versions and tried every idea I can think of. But every time the resource pack gets sent to me, it crashes the game immediately and it won't work. Does anyone have any ideas what to do or is there a way to download the resource pack outside of joining the sever first? Since this is the only sever I have ever had an issue on before.
I've done everything you've said here, tried relogging, using 1.10.2, nothing is working. I am getting the resource pack, just nothing is changing. It will download correctly and tell me I have it, but nothing has changed. any help?
I insta crash every time i go to load in with the texture pack...i get Java(TM) Platform SE binary is not responding followed by a "Game Crash" message when i first load in
Hey, I'm trying to download it and have done all these steps but each time I try to download it my game crashes (Not Responding). It's quite frustrating as this server sounds awesome and it's unfortunate to not be able to play. I've downloaded resource packs on other servers and they've worked perfectly fine. I understand it might be "On the client side of things" but do you have any things/tips to help? Thanks
4. Click on PokeFind in server selector 5: Click Edit 6: Make sure Server Resource Packs are enabled 7: Click Done
I found a solution for the java platform se binary crash on windows!!! Go to https://minecraft.net/en-us/download/alternative and select the second download for windows. That will download the old minecraft launcher and I have had no problems with it so far. The new launcher I have found is causing the crashing with the java platform
Umm so basically there has been this problem when I download the resource pack. Then it crashes and then it kicks me from the game saying only "Timed out" Is there a way to stop this?
