I keep on timing out for some reason

    Can a staff or dev help me... i cant join the server for some reason...
    when i click to the join server button it loads then like 10-20 secs later i time out ... is there a way to fix that
    iam not lagy at all i have 4 bars... can your DEV's try and fix it PLS... Thank you

    Hello EliteEpic1. Here are a few tips that might help fix your issue.
    • Try using version 1.10.2 or 1.11.2
    • If that doesn't work try following the steps located HERE <--- Server Resource Pack
    • If those steps don't work try using these steps HERE <--- Timing Out Guide
    • Try dedicating more ram to your Minecraft.
    • Maybe try getting Optifine Try deleting all the files in your "Server Resource Packs" folder in your .minecraft folder
    • Deleting the whole .minecraft folder.
