A couple days back I bought a pro rank and I wanted to rename one of my pokemons. But when I tried to rename it I saw that I had to spawn the pokemon. But I could not spawn it. So I switched it with my shadow heracross that was on place 1. But when I did that it didn't work so I switched a couple times between my shadow heracross and my rhydon (that I wanted to rename) and then my shadow heracross disapeared. And I never got it back sinds then. Unicorn0__0 was with me when I opened the egg that I bought from the store. It happened on server 1 from Kyoto and it was gone on all the other servers. I would suggest sending an email to [email protected] with the receipt from your shadow egg purchase, IGN, and any proof you have that you had your Heracross and that it's missing now.
