i need help from an admin

if an admin, dev or anyone who can reset challenges (I don't think admins can though) reads this I need help I want my challenges reset so the battler 2 goes away because its not working and the completion meter thingy wont rise and its glitched I have already reported this bug and I have been stuck with this challenge ever since the new challenges came out please fix
