List showing what levels you can see specific wild pokemon?

I often see people asking in chat "What level do I need to be to see <insert pokemon name here> in the wild?" and many people can quickly give an accurate answer. I've been asking them how they know that, and they always just say "everyone knows", and I'm like how do they know?

Is there a list showing what levels you need to be to see specific pokemon spawn in the wild? If everyone knows all these levels, there must be an original source of the information, and I'd like to see it for myself that way I can be in the know concerning the subject as well.
