Missing Crates?

Hello, I was opening one gold crate two wooden crates, but the client crashed. And when I tried to look at my crates, they were gone.

The date that it happened was on the 12th or August.
I was in a Pokewars server

 

same thing happened to me, not the same day though i think..

 

this happened to me too, i don't know the time but i lost two wooden crates August 12th and an Iron crate on August 9th or something around that week.

Hello CaptainCombust! This happens from time to time, however, you still get your crate items, you just can't see the crate open.
