Skyblocks Novice Challenge: Dye Maker

There doesn't seem to be any way to get Cocoa Beans. I have read a few things saying they used to be in the /shop but they are no longer there. And they do not spawn on Jungle Trees, even when I make my biome Jungle. The novice challenge dye maker is currently uncompletable without cocoa beans.
