I was doing the quest for the legendary bird and I talked to Ryder to go to the HQ. All of my Pokémon fainted and had no more moves they could perform so I went to lobby and back into a server. Right away Ryder sent me back to the HQ. I tried exiting out of the server and my account to try to fix it but Ryder keeps throwing me back to the HQ. How do I fix the problem?
