Trade levels

I am always trying to trade my Pokemon so they can evolve (Kadabra, Haunter, Machoke) but everyone that I try to trade with arent high enough. I would like to know the level of trade because my level 15 friend gave me his haunter and I cant give it back and it's lvl 25. Please put the level if you can. Thanks in advance.

I suggest you to take a look on this thread that will help you to know at what level you can trade your pokemon.
The column « max wild level » is also the max level you can trade.

Inside there is a link for generation 3 map cuz it’s a bit different than in previous generations.
