Where can I report someone for in-game scamming?

As you can probably guess from the topic title, I'm wondering where I can report someone for scamming in the Minecraft Pokefind Pokeworld server. If I can just post my scam report here in this topic, then please leave this topic open after a Moderator has replied and I'll do just that.

Please note that I have a 720p video of the entire transaction with all details, and I can also post what time it happened, my timezone, and exactly which Kyoto server it happened in, along with a full chronological description of the entire situation.
